Before you leave, check the weather conditions and how they could change over time. Change your plans if the forecasts are not good.

EQUIPMENT

Dress in clothing that can breath. During the day, it is important to wear a hat to protect yourself from the sun. At night you should wear something reflective or white.

HIDRATATION

We recommend drinking water before your excursion and after. We recommend a glass of water 10 minutes before you start, another every 20 minutes, then one or two glasses after the activity.

FOOTWEAR

Your footwear should be the right size and have flexible soles. It is best to change shoes once a year. This will help prevent possible injuries to the feet and legs.

POSTURE

Good posture allows you to breathe well and keep your body upright. Chin up, parallel to the ground, eyes looking about 3 meters ahead.

FIRST AID KIT

Carry a first aid kit in case of accidents or falls.
